The Ahmedabad Parsee Panchayat (APP) will assist community members "to the maximum possible” for higher studies, reiterated president Brig Jahangir Anklesaria (retd) at their annual general meeting (AGM) held on July 2, 2023 at the Parsi Sanatorium. He "impressed upon humdins to come forward in case anyone wanted to pursue higher studies like (examinations for) civil services,” stated a note from the APP office. He also requested those present to attend community events like jashans and meetings in large numbers. About 70 community members attended the AGM.

A jashan performed by Ervads (Dr) Khushroo Ghadiali and Berjis Shroff started the meeting, with the welcome address delivered by Firdose Kapadia, APP joint honorary secretary, who also read out his report for the year and the minutes of the last AGM. The annual accounts for the financial year 2022-23 were adopted. Auditors M/s Fredy Contractor and Company were reappointed. Kapadia also delivered the vote of thanks before the snacks were served.
