A jashan, a two-and-a-half-hour speech by Ervad Marzban Hathiram and hosting of a gahanbar in memory of late Freny and Parvez Borka saw residents of Ahmedabad congregate at the Sir Navroji Pestonji Vakil Hall on April 14, 2018.
Hathiram’s talk on the Arda Viraf Nama (Book of Arda Viraf) took the audience through a "journey of heaven and hell,” according to a write-up received from the Ahmedabad Parsi Panchayat. A vegetarian meal for those assembled brought the evening to an end.
