Samantha Gocal of Caelum High School, Poona secured 98.2% in the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) Grade 10 examination with a total score of 491/500. She was ranked first in her school, with individual firsts in history, civics, geography; environmental science; economics; commercial applications and English language and literature.
