Completing a century is a major milestone for any institution. When the J. B. Vachha (JBV) High School reached that landmark on May 30, 2024, mah Dae, roz Fravardin, YZ 1393, the occasion was celebrated with a fala ni maachi (ceremonial offering of sandalwood to a consecrated fire) in the Aiwisruthrem gah at the Rustom Faramna Agiary in Dadar Parsee Colony (DPC), walking distance from the School. Contributions for the maachi, to give thanks for the past as well as seek blessings for the future, poured in from principals, teachers, students (past and present), as well as well-wishers.
