The union government has cleared the appointment of lawyer Firdosh Phiroze Pooniwalla as an additional judge of the Bombay High Court on June 12, 2023, along with that of two other advocates. In order of seniority, these are Pramod Brahme, Pooniwalla and Jitendra Jain.
