Your editorial "Better early than too late” (Parsiana, September 7-20, 2024, about author historian Zareer Masani opting for assisted dying in Switzerland), is thought-provoking. But in countries where the rule of law is not strong, this option can be misused and there would be no recourse for the bereaved.
