A letter from Marazban Baria, managing trustee of the Bilimora Parsi Zoroastrian Anjuman Trust Funds (BPZATF) brings good tidings for the residents of that Gujarat town. A new three-storey building with "seven flats and a lift facility and all possible amenities” is nearing completion.

An old residential building, TT Blocks, belonging to the Anjuman had been demolished because it was in a very dilapidated condition and the new building is being constructed on the site. On October 22, 2015 Ervad Percy Panthaky, panthaky of the fire temple had performed a muharat ceremony and the new construction commenced in right earnest. The third floor slab will be raised before Holi (March 3) as promised, Baria writes.
The BPZATF trustees are committed to provide housing to needy and deserving Parsis. The new structure, located just opposite the Bilimora Adarian, will ensure that the "religious atmosphere will be preserved.”
