The statue of Dadabhai Naoroji at Flora Fountain being garlanded on his 191st birth anniversary by Vispi Dastur of The Bombay Parsee Association (BPA) on September 4, 2016. Later the same day wreaths were placed by the BPA at the War Memorial inside Khareghat Colony to honor the fallen heroes of the Indian armed forces.
