Allbless Baug, decked in ceremonial spring flowers and bright lights, was the venue for a history-in-the-making event: the tercentenary celebration of the Bhikha Behram Well (BBW), a sacred sweet water well that stands at the Churchgate end of Cross Maidan. Initially classified as a Grade I heritage structure, it was declared a Grade II B heritage structure by the Mumbai Heritage Conservation Committee in 2019. This tag ensures its protection and preservation for posterity.
