Terms and Conditions

1. To qualify for a free listing the concern must be partly owned by a Parsi/Zoroastrian.

2. Parsiana reserves the right to make whatever changes are necessary besides reserving the sole right to reject or refuse to list any information in whole or in part mentioned herein, without assigning any reason whatsoever.

3. Parsiana agree to exercise reasonable care that the listing is correctly printed under appropriate heading in each edition of the directory.

4. The signatory warrants and assumes full responsibility for all information contained herein and agrees to fully idemnify Parsiana against any claims and demands of any description whatsoever, as and when they may arise.

5. The signatory hereby authorizes Parsiana to print the information in all or any of the future editions as Parsiana may deem fit.

6. The signatory hereby authorizes Parsiana to use the information contained herein for maintaining their database as well as for any other purpose that Parsiana may deem fit.
